User Created Content Policy

1. Your Education Committee

1. All content, your name, electronic information, and all other names, usernames, pseudonyms, text, portraits, shapes, logos, labels, images, photos, including but not limited to code, and all other information and materials submitted by you (or on your behalf) to our website or application through your user account (or other social media account, as the case may be) shall be referred to as "UGC".

2. You agree to submit UGC to the website through our application in accordance with the following rules (especially as defined in legal standards and review guidelines). When submitting to the UGC through the website or our application, please use common sense with caution.

3. We will fully decide whether to disclose your funds at UNESCO. We have the right to refuse to add, delete, or disclose your course institution funds before or after the disclosure.

4. All religious associations that you submit through our website or application are considered confidential and non proprietary.

2. Rights, Permits, and Waivers

2.3.2 If the individual identifying the characteristics or identity is under the age of 18, you can:

2 With the explicit consent of the parents or legal guardians of individuals with these characteristics or identities, they are allowed to appear on the UGC and are allowed to submit their applications to our website or through us.

2.4 You agree and agree to unconditionally and irrevocably claim or refrain from obtaining from third parties all moral rights, other similar rights, and all republic privacy related to your UGC in any country in the world to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3 Content Standards - Legal Standards

3.1 Your UGC (including our use, release, and/or use)

3.1.1 Infringe the copyright or Database right, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights or other rights of others or entities. And/or

3.1.2 includes all materials that defame anyone. And/or

3.1.3 Including misleading or deceptive statements, omissions or False statement about your identity (such as impersonating others or your relationship with any person or entity) and/or

3.1.4 Fulfill any legal or fiduciary obligations towards third parties, such as contractual or confidentiality obligations. And/or

3.1.5 Promote, promote or assist discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; And/or

3.1.6 contains malicious code, such as viruses, worms, Trojan Horse or other programs, code or materials that may not be needed. And/or

3.1.7 Violation of other applicable laws, regulations, rules or regulations (collectively or individually referred to as "legal standards").

3.2 If your UGC contains rights and restricted materials that you do not own or may grant you, you must obtain all licenses, consent, and/or possible consent before submitting. We may use and use UGC without additional compensation. For detailed information, please refer to item 2 above.

4 Content Standards - Review Guidelines

4.1 Your Education Committee, which you guarantee, represent, and promise to us:

4.1.2 Truly hold and state opinions (such as in product or service reviews).

5. Breach Results

5.1 We will determine whether you comply with the Church's policies when submitting our website or applying through us. If you do not comply, we reserve the right to suspend your website and/or our application without notifying you, or to temporarily or permanently edit or delete all of your UGCs from our website and application.

5.2 Despite the provisions of Article 5.1 above, if you or your education committee fails to comply with the policies of this education committee and causes us to suffer any losses or damages, you will be responsible for us, and we agree to compensate for these losses or damages. Responsible for any losses or damages caused by non-compliance with the teacher portfolio policy, including but not limited to legal standards and/or review guidelines.

5.3 We have the following rights:

5.3.1 Transfer all educational resources that have caught our attention to relevant departments. and

5.3.2 Disclose your identity to third parties (or their professional advisors) and claim that all of your UGCs infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Changes in UGC policies

6.1 We can change the policy of the parent-child meeting at any time. In this case, the latest version will be provided through the website and our application. You must regularly review the policies of the congregation to meet any changes. After you receive notification of changes to our website or apply for changes, and/or when you visit, use, or apply for our website, you will be able to accept policy changes through this Quaker Association and review the updated Quaker Association policies.
